Refund Policy

At Loribelle, your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at etienne.bgc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Sale and clearance items are final sale unless defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
