Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

Items shipped from our U.S. warehouses: typically arrive within 3–8 business days after processing.
Items shipped from our international warehouses: typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages — don't worry, the rest is on its way!

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 days or your package appears lost, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
