Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LORIBELLE purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Final sale items, bodysuits, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at our support address with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you — either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
